Q: My movement date is not fixed yet. How can I book in advance?

Answer

You can notify your dedicated movement manager to reschedule movement upto 2 days before the booked date. Change in movement date is FREE of cost for following categories: weekdays to weekdays, weekend to weekend, weekend to weekdays.

Q: We have very few items to move. The quotation is very costly.

Answer

Please contact us at +91 9643 45 9643. We can arrange a small transportation for such movements at a lower cost.

Q: What are the items which cannot be loaded on the vehicle?

Answer

Some possessions like pets, liquids/oils, inflammable items will not be allowed to be loaded on to the vehicle.

Q: How much time does a pre-move survey take at my home?

Answer

It will take usually from 2-3 hours.

Q: What type of packing material used while packing??

Answer

We as a trusted packers and movers use high quality of cardboard boxes to pack clothes, crockery, utensil etc. We always use new and fresh packing materials like to ensure your goods will reach safe at destination.

Q: Can I also move my car or bike?

Answer

Yes, you can also move your car or bike for inter-city movements. Special closed containers will be used to transport your vehicle safely to your new home.

Q: Do you provide insurance for the goods?

Answer

Yes, you can insure your goods by informing your dedicated move manager. You will be required to pay an insurance premium which is based on the value of the goods that you declare. This premium is usually around 3% of the total value of the goods. The premium has to be paid in full before the move.
